IDOT-Traffic Studies and District Wide Counts, Cook, Lake, Will, DuPage Counties, IL

Regina Webster & Associates is currently performing an analysis for High Accident Locations (HAL) in Cook County for the Traffic Studies Unit of the Traffic Programs Section. The analysis is part of a traffic studies project that includes 12-hour manual intersection traffic counts, condition diagrams and photos on an as-need basis. The HAL analysis provides: traffic counts as needed, accident analyses, operational evaluations, acquisition of field data, preparation of condition diagrams, and preparation of a report making recommendations of possible countermeasures to mitigate accident patterns.
