Construction

Regina
Webster & Associates served as a subconsultant to Gewalt
Hamilton Associates to provide construction inspection and resident
engineer services to the City of Evanston for Water Main and Sewer
Contract A. The project involved the reconstruction of 7,000 feet of
water main and 500 feet of storm sewer on residential streets. RWA
field staff observed construction at three locations: Dempster
Street from Judson Avenue to Forest Avenue, Lee Street from Ridge
Avenue to Maple Avenue, and Main Street from Dodge Avenue to Ashland
Avenue. The construction work also included water service line
repairs and catch basin repairs. Serving as Assistants to the
Resident Engineer, the construction inspectors observed standard
procedures to provide documentation for the Inspectors Daily
Reports.
