Traffic Volume, Classification, and Speed Counts, Kane County


Regina Webster & Associates was retained by the Kane County Division of Transportation to perform 24-hour ADT traffic volume, speed, and classification counts. The studies were conducted to ascertain current traffic conditions on key routes in the Kane County highway system. RWA used Nu-Metrics HI-STAR portable traffic analyzers to collect the data at 107 two-lane locations, 22 four-lane locations, and 25 intersections throughout the county.
