Illinois Department of Transportation District Wide Counts, Cook, Lake, Will, DuPage Counties, IL


Regina Webster & Associates is currently retained by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to provide 12-hour manual classification counts at intersection and expressway locations in District One on an as-needed basis. The data are collected using Jamar DB-400 electronic count boards. RWA has performed several manual count projects for IDOT, and all have been completed on time and under budget. RWA staff use a spreadsheet template that the firm developed for a previous contract to convert the raw data counts to 24-hour factored volumes and to facilitate electronic reporting of the count data
